Top 5 Geolocation Games Performance in Mexico Q2 2022

In the second quarter of 2022, the top 5 geolocation games in Mexico showcased diverse trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here’s a closer look at the performance of each game:

Pokémon GO saw a significant increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $126K in the last week of May. Weekly downloads also surged to approximately 61K during the same period. Throughout the quarter, weekly active users grew steadily from about 2.6M to 3.3M.

Five Nights at Freddy's AR experienced a decline in weekly revenue, dropping from $317 at the end of March to $28 by the end of June. Weekly downloads also decreased, starting at around 16K and ending at approximately 7K. Active users followed a similar downward trend, decreasing from about 74K to 38K.
